NEUTRAL: Skirt was only wrapped in paper, which my mail carrier tore to shreds when they shoved it in my box (they should not have, but that's an issue with Canada Post). Seller also did not disclose several small, orange stains on the skirt, but understandably so since I only noticed the stains when I saw it in daylight (my hall lights made them blend in entirely, so it's understandable). Other than those things, I'm very pleased. I got a great price and the skirt is really beautiful. Seller was lovely to deal with as well so it's really a shame I can't give positive feedback. Thank you~!
