Seller never responded to messages until I found out that the seller addressed the package incorrectly and then only responded when I filed a paypal claim, plus the condition of the purse was worse than described.

Seller was quick to invoice, but did not disclose that they were in the process of moving and did not communicate when I might expect the set to be shipped until over a week after I had paid. No tracking number was provided, but the set did appear on my doorstep by the end of the second week. It was well packaged and exactly as described.

All transaction communication had to be initiated by me including asking for an invoice and asking for an update on shipping time. The seller was also out of town for a period of time and failed to communicate that this trip may cause a delay in shipping prior to departing for the trip, which left me wondering when the item was going to be shipped. The item ultimately did arrive; it was well-packaged and exactly as advertised.
