I’ve never left negative feedback before because I have a fairly high tolerance. I waited nearly three months for this item before I asked for a refund because I was forced to get a crown elsewhere. The seller would take weeks to respond to some of my messages asking for an update. They would say it’s on its way, but never gave me any shipping information. Other buyers were receiving their items at the same time, so I don’t know if my purchase was a one time issue. The one positive thing I can say is that I did receive a refund for the item. So, that’s something at least. :/
