Seller stated on lacemarket profile that she was located in the USA. After completing purchase for item I was notified in a separate message that she had seen an item on my wishlist and that she could purchase the item for me in person in Tokyo. I replied asking if she would be shipping the listing item outside of the USA, which she replied that it would be shipping from China. This made me uncomfortable as the seller did not state in the listing she would be shipping it from outside the USA. Moreover, the item in question was coming from a third location; not the location provided in her profile nor where she was currently. This seemed very sketchy and didn't sit well with me. By Lacemarket rules, items listed on this platform need to be in hand and in the sellers posession. Stating they are living in the USA but shipping from China while in Tokyo just didn't feel right and I respectfully asked for a refund. Seller apologized and was very prompt in refunding me. Seller was honest when asked questions and overall generally nice to deal with; and if it were under different circumstances would love to do business with them. Other people might be willing to be ok with these sort of situations but I don't want to support attempting to skirt lacemarket rules and guidelines. I leave this as not meaning ill will but hoping future buyers are aware of how this seller operates. I am also hoping seller will be more transparent with their listings and sell only items they themselves have with them and not have others ship out for them from other locations.

The seller was very prompt to contact, send the invoice, and ship; package arrived in a matter of days. They were lovely to work with, and the blouse I purchased is absolutely perfect! I would highly recommend this seller, and I will be keeping an eye on their future listings!
