Item as described, good condition and arrived safely. Shipping was a little slow, package was not in protection bags, just dress put in the recycled cardboard style bag, which ripped during transit. The dress wasn't packed correctly. Had dirt, dust and marks on it. The communication was average, lack and length of response. Overall ok to deal with but could have better packaging.

Jsk was shipped promptly and I'm overjoyed to have my dream dress. The only downside was that it was packaged poorly - the dress was unprotected in a thin paper tyvek bag that was pretty battered by the time it arrived via USPS Ground. Luckily there was no damage but I don't know why the seller would want to gamble $600 like that. Relieved it was intact with no damages.
