A lovely seller! She was easy to communicate with and responded promptly. She made sure to let me know when she couldn't ship out the dress right away (It was during the busy holiday time, so I completely understand). Everything was folded nicely & she made sure to put the loose buttons in a bag so they wouldn't get lose and jumble around. The dress was just as described, with everything included. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from her again!

Shortly after I purchased these shoes, the seller sent me a message explaining that one of the detachable ankle strap's bows had some scratches that weren't pictured in the listing photos and asked if I still wanted to go through with the sale. I said yes, because I have experience repairing scratches and paint flaws on shoes, but when the shoes arrived, I discovered that the damage to the ankle strap's bow was actually some sort of animal bite marks, as if a dog had chewed on the bow. I am disappointed because this is something I won't be able to repair, and the seller should have been honest about the nature and source of the damage. The shoes were a decent price and arrived quickly, however.
