Seller was responsive and quick with messages and shipping. Seller was incredibly patient with me when I mixed up USPS and UPS and prompted me when there was an error in delivery to go to the post office to retrieve it. Besides that bump, which was obviously no fault of theirs (and oh god do I appreciate the extra lengths they went to), everything about this purchase was smooth as silk. My item arrived inside a plastic bag to avoid any damage on transit and neatly folded. A++

The jsk came wrapped in a bag to deter staining/moisture in transit, was packaged securely in a roomy box, and, needless to say, the dress inside was folded neatly.
