Shipping time was super quick and communication was great! I will say there were some damaged spots on the back of the heels which were not mentioned in the item description, but 1) it could have happened during shipping, 2) the price reflects any damages so I still feel I paid fairly, and 3) I still would have purchased these shoes anyway had the damages been fully disclosed--again, if the damages did not occur during shipment). Overall still a positive experience and I'm happy with my purchase

Oooooh I love the little details on this!! I was tickled to look at the bottom hem and see the first verse of Jingle Bells on placards in the design, it made my music teacher soul sing!!! This is also a very comfy JSK and I cannot wait to wear this on my students' Christmas program!
