The package and communication was absolutely lovely and all (even two little presents on top, a necklace and matching tights) -
the package was well wrapped and nicely decorated.
the dress itself was safely packed and clean
sadly the dress had damages that were not mentioned at all in the sales post: threads pulled out of the fabric in several places.
the dress is still lovely (after fixing the worst I was able to wear it without problem!), just not completely as described and maybe worth a little less money with the damage it had. This feedback will be NEUTRAL, because I DON'T think she overlooked the damage on purpose. NOT AT ALL, I think she is a lovely person.
I hope I don't offend anyone with this feedback.
