Buyer told me that she doesn't got the parcel after 7 months . The parcel was sent by courier service , it only takes 1-2 weeks for delivery. I asked post office about the buyer status and C.C email to her,she said she need to complain to Lacemarket and Paypal . But she dosen't check the status of the parcel when I sent.
I was wondering why the buyer told me after 7 months ( sold on sept 2022, told on Jun 2023). Dose she receive the item? I have checked the shipping status before , it was no return parcel for this item.

Item: Milky Planet JSK + KC
Item arrived not as described: The dress had been altered (panel added) and then altered again (panel taken back in). I was not informed of this. I was informed that the dress was in great condition, and there were no damages. Apparently the seller told another buyer earlier on about the alteration. I have since been refunded.
