Product looks great, the only issue was slow and sometimes non existent communication. Also the shipping was horrible. The skirt came in a beat up, ducked tape shoe box and the skirt was in a open plastic bag.

I purchased this dress November 1st, I waited 2 weeks before I decided to contact this seller and asked if they had a tracking number, they told me they hadn't yet shipped it but then shipped it the next day. I get it, life happens and plus we're in the middle of a pandemic, no worries. When I received the dress I was appalled by the condition it was in and wondered why I was never made aware of it for the price I paid for it. My main complaint was that the dress was missing all the detachable parts (waist ties, waist bow, and the corset lacing). I then contacted them asking if they could give me a 50% refund to which they accepted and offered to look for the detachable parts. I'm currently still waiting to receive them but I decided to leave feedback anyways. Despite all that, this seller is very polite and easy to work with.

The skirt came on time and there was no problem with communication, but there was some lint and hair on it. Nothing major, but I do wish it arrived a bit neater.
