Seller had great communication. OP was in great physical condition, but the seller didn't realize that their housemate smoking had affected their wardrobe despite being stored away from the smoker. We worked out a partial refund for cleaning fees, and they were super helpful. Would give them 6/5 stars for communication if possible.

Lovely seller! There were a few overlooked damages other than the discolouration; most notably, the shirring on one sleeve had lost its tension. Fortunately it is not too visible when worn and, otherwise I'm extremely happy with this blouse and the transaction! They communicated well and kept me updated on shipping. Thanks a bunch <3
