The packaging is awful. There is nothing between the dress and the plastic shipping bag, and the bag is tearing apart at the corners exposing the dress itself. The dress is covered with lint and seemingly cat hair. I think it won't take that much of an effort to wrap it up with a packaging bag and also clean it up a little bit. There is no major damage so I'll just take it this time.
