Item over all in good shape, but the loose pompoms on a string were not included in the parcel. I messaged the seller about this, and she offered to refund me a part of the total price, as well as looking out for the pompoms to see if they were in storage/sellers parents house. Got the partial refund quickly after that, pompoms have still not been found (no travel cause of covid) but seller was very nice about it!
Was packaged inside a trashbag, which wasn't preferred but considering seller and I live in the same country it worked out ok, no damages.
Over all a positive experiance, but the missing pompoms+packaging makes this in to a neutral
