Communication could use a little work. She asked a series of questions about the dress after having bought the auction, and only notified me she would make payment the next day after I had sent the invoice. I had also initially sent the invoice to the incorrect address as the one she had listed by default had not been updated. A little more effort than I normally need to put in, but she did pay on time.

Honestly, this was the biggest headache I had to deal with. First instead of contacting me before bidding of an offer, SHE PLACED A BID AND CONTACTED ME AFTER for a lower price. I said I could not and gave her the option of a payment plan and a generous option of including a matching tote bag. She was very demanding and pestered me that it had to be the matching one. I agreed and included it when I obviously didn't have to. I worked with her throughout the whole process, tried to answer her e-mails as quickly as possible (when when I was at work) She was very specific. Then, when I shipped out her order with the tracking number, her as well as her boyfriend, flooded my inbox (and my e-mail) with threatening messages accusing me of sending her a incorrect tracking number (when the tracking number wasn't updated by USPS). I sent her screen shots. I honestly would have rather kept this dress than deal with this headache. I do not want to work with her again nor would I say she was a great buyer. I did my best to accommodate her needs. The only positive was she paid on time.
