I bought this dress in 2020, after I paid, the seller ghosted me and wouldn’t even open my messages, while continuing to be active. I gave them the benefit of the doubt though, and continued to message them for almost 2 YEARS asking for updates on the dress. finally they replied to me, and told me that they would refund me AND send me the dress for free. I wasn’t even expecting the dress at that point and it was 100% their idea to do both the refund and give me the dress.so you’d think they would follow through.. but, once again, after refunding me they ignored all of my messages. I never received the dress. I would understand regretting selling something, but the ZERO communication, stringing me along, and never giving me any reason why they changed their mind is needlessly cruel. I was never even going to write this but I thought about this situation recently and realized I never deserved this from a buyers standpoint.
