The seller was very kind and understanding when I told them that the delivery service company in my country left the package outside my apt building (instead of calling me) since I wasn't home and probably got stolen. While I never got the dress because of that, it is not the seller's fault as they had great communication and shipped the dress quickly. Fortunately, I was able to get 200$ back from the delivery company after threatening to file a complaint against them. If you live in Canada, please be wary of Uniuni. Those situations seem to happen frequently with them. I'd like to add that the seller and I had no idea that Uniuni would be the company delivering the package as it is usually Canada Post.

It took quite a while to get here, about a month and a half, part of that was shipping time, but it also took about two weeks in pre-shipping. The skirt is in decent condition, but I was disappointed as the listing stated there were no stains, and I found a couple small stains scattered on the skirt and lace on arrival. I will now have to try and wash them out. Regardless, communication with the seller was good and I wouldn't say I had a negative experience.
