I apologize that this feedback is so late. But after this long, I still have and cherish this piece it was well take care of. It was in amazing condition when I purchased it and it was delivered in a timely and efficient manner. I would absolutely work with this seller again.

Overall poor communication and service. Buyer beware to those with no ToS present or shipping details on listings. I purchased these back in mid november (before seeing the recent feedback back then), and was finally refunded late december through paypal. After paying, I wasn't given a follow up message on when the item would be shipped until asked. Promptly waited, but a week after the date the seller said they were able to ship, my messages were either replied with another reason to wait longer with no clear date, or ghosted entirely.
It wasn't until I cancelled and asked for a refund in early december that the seller did reply back and agreed to giving said refund, but after yet another week of waiting, I received no replies or follow ups. I settled it through paypal and got my money back in the end, now late december. While i do understand that problems and events in life that could cause delays happen, the responsibility of the seller is still there since getting paid, and excuses can only get you so far with your customers' patience.

I am very frustrated about this total transaction. I set up a payment arrangement with this individual. I paid for all of my items in full on October 29th of 2021. It is now December 24th of 2021 and I have still not received all the items I paid for. While I do understand that things in life come up, I can not justify in my mind the lack of communication I have experienced with this seller. Messages go unanswered for weeks and when they are answered they are met with excuses. While I do not plan to completely tell the personal business of this person I have to express the frustration of spending hundreds of dollars and not receiving what I paid for. My only course of action that I see that I have at this moment after this extended period of time has past is to request a refund and hope that they would give me my money back because they have failed to mail the JSK after 2 months.

I've never left negative feedback and I absolutely hate that I have to in this instance, but I'm really tired of this situation. I get being busy, getting sick, having big events. Life happens. But it was well over a MONTH after I purchased these and I couldn't even get a reply to my messages. LET ALONE have them sitting unread, for over a WEEK. I know she saw them at least in her email notifications. When she finally did reply, each time is a different excuse as to why she can't go to the post office, the most recent being having the flu and not getting to the post office until MAYBE the end of NEXT WEEK (you can't even set up a pickup at your house? it's free and takes all of 5 minutes, even if you do have the flu). I believe this behavior is inexcusable. Not reading someone's messages for a week is inexcusable. I would not recommend this seller due to her lack of communication, and unclear excuses when she finally did communicate. Sorry, but I have to leave this feedback. I was nothing but courteous and patient, but everyone has their limits.

This dress is so lovely! I didn't even realize it had glitter! And it's in great condition! I was so excited to get a dress that will just fit me already. And it is even a little big, but not unflatteringly so. The alterations were done well. It arrived fast, which is good, b/c I'm moving. The seller was really sweet and I will totally be working with them again.
