I am a little confused by this.
I paid overnight express shipping to arrive by 930am the next day . The item took a week to arrive. The shipper would have refunded at the request of the seller thr shipping fee due to delay. This express air before 930am was guaranteed
Once received I should have been reimbursed by the seller .
I asked the seller to claim the guarantee back from the shipper, refund me the shipping and to keep $20- as a courtesy.
