The buyer had great communication and didn't hesitate to contact me about any issues, however unfortunately she was unable to contact me regarding two late payments in the payment plan. Everything else went super smoothly, unfortunately life happens but it would have been good to know why she wasn't able to pay on time (and I would have given her an extension). Lovely buyer all things considered, and I hope you love the dress!
