Seller was initially responsive, but communication dropped off pretty hard after I sent payment. They notified me of damage they found while packing and gave a partial refund, which was very kind of them, but did not ship for another week and a half after that with no explanation. The dress was quick to arrive after shipment, but it would have been nice if there was more communication about the timeline.

The dress is absolutely perfect! The seller was responsive to my questions about the dress, and I'm happy to finally own it! It took a bit to ship out, however it was due to a nationwide blizzard, so it was understandable. Overall, I'd recommend them :)
