Shin Zhou was very patient and kind when communicating with me. The dress ended up coming faster than the expected delivery time too which only shows that they are on top of their game when it comes to making sure their items go out in a timely fashion. The dress was as described and I couldn't be anymore happier with it! I would definitely buy from this seller again!

Very comprehensive and patient seller. We had a little misunderstanding about the price and the shipping but it wasn't her fault and she did everything to satisfy me. In the end the package arrived quickly (in 4 days !! from the US to France) and the dress is even more beautiful than I thought !
