Neutral rating since I did get the dress and it is exactly what was listed, I have no complaints with the description, cleanliness, or packaging. However, it took over a month before the package was even dropped off with USPS, and there was zero communication during that time frame. I messaged twice (two weeks apart) and never received a response. It would've been nice to at least get some minimal reassurance that the seller still planned to ship my item.

Two week past the seller's 7 day shipping timeline I reached out through Lace Market and email and did not receive a tracking number or any response. Had to dispute through Paypal.

Not gonna lie, I was getting worried when a whole month went by without getting a tracking number. And I also got extra worried when I sent two messages (1 here, 1 emailed) with no responses. BUT, when I DID get the tracking number, the delivery was speedy & the dress is so beautiful it was worth the wait <3 Just had to trust the process & I'm more than happy to leave a positive review :) All is forgiven!!! <3

Seller was delayed in responding and dispatching my item, although I had already expected this from previous feedback. They apologized for it in the invoicing and in the package itself, even included a little bonus item, and it didn't bother me very much since I was not in a rush.

The item was as described. It took a little longer to arrive than I expected it to but the seller was apologetic. Communication could have been better but I will attribute it to being around the holidays.

Seller waited 23 days to make a shipping label and then another 10 days to actually drop off the package to be shipped. Zero communication - I waited until the 15 day mark to send a message and they didn't read it or respond. The dress is nice and as described, but found a few runs in the fabric that weren't noted by the seller. While that's not a big deal for me it might be for someone else. Seller needs to update their terms to 30+ days because they clearly can't stick to the 12 day shipping time they set for themselves.

Item arrived as described! My only gripe with this seller is there was absolutely 0 communication. I waited the 12 days as stated on their profile before reaching out, and there was no reply until suddenly, about a month later, I got a shipping notification. I wouldn't have minded the wait if I was told what was going on, but that isn't the case.
