Product: 10/10 - Beautiful; well maintained. Small fraying on the removable bow-easy fix for me, dress itself is in pristine condition. Flower crown is also in pristine condition.
Packaging: 10/10 - The OP came very securely packaged in a medium flat rate box-the dress was wrapped up in reusable plastic bags. Flower crown was also well secured within the dress.
Communication: 10/10 - Very clear, efficient and professional
Overall Experience: 10/10 - I would highly recommend this seller, and look forward to doing repeat business with them again!
