Buyer did not follow terms to contact me first before buying. I shipped the package using international priority mail. Once the package was shipped, I do not have control over what would happen afterwards, especially package delays. I've already contacted the carrier multiple times regarding the package delay and have been keeping the buyer posted about updates via PMs on Lace Market. I even opened up a case and a service request with the carrier to try to get the delayed package issue resolved. And I already told the buyer that I was going to file a claim soon with the carrier so I could get a refund and then use the refund to return the payment to the buyer. But the buyer filed a claim on PayPal anyway, stating in a PM that they ‘hope both of us will get refund for the package’. The Paypal claim is putting the transaction on hold so I doubt it would get both of us a refund since the claim is against the seller. Right now, I’ve already filed an inquiry with the carrier so I could get a claim. I am limited of how much control I have over the shipping process. I could only do so much.
