I wish communication could have been better. Even disregarding a few days due to the polar vortex, it still took two weeks for the item to get sent out. Never got updated on the item status unless I reached out first.
When I did get the item, it was as described, but could've used a bit more thorough of a cleaning. There was a pencil pouch she included, however I would trade that for better communication. Overall, happy with the item, not with the service.
