Communication was intense with multiple messages a day that piled up before I could reply. The invoice took multiple trys to send but eventually got through. I was invoiced a 2nd time for the paypal fees which I later learned was against Lace Market policy but didn't report because it was like six dollars. I usually take off detachable bows as soon as get a dress, so I didn't notice until weeks later that I'm not actually sure if the center bow wasn't sent or if I lost it upon arrival...
