I am leaving a neutral rather than a negative as the buyer did have very good communication and offered to decline a refund.
Despite a rather clear description noting that due to COVID-19 restrictions, I cannot ship directly to Canada, buyer purchased two listings and only messaged me after the fact asking for shipping to Canada. They either didn't read the description beforehand, or they thought I could somehow ship to them regardless (Japan Post literally is not accepting parcels to Canada at all right now).
I offered to ship to Tenso instead, and they agreed, paying the invoice. However, they misunderstood Tenso's purpose and still expected me to ship directly to them somehow. I spent a lot of time explaining Tenso, but in the end, they decided to decline the sale.
I ended up having to refund them.
It was a lot of time and effort wasted. I know this user is somewhat new to buying lolita, so I hope this was a good learning experience for them regarding buying etiquette.
