The dress is everything I expected. I love it!! She is understanding with doing a payment plan, and is fast with replies or concerns.

There were many discoloration/small damages that were found on the dress that the seller did not disclose. Dress also did not come with neck straps which was not disclosed either. When I confronted the buyer she gave me a 15% refund, although I thought the damages that were not listed was worth more than 15% of the value of the OP I accepted it because I've been wanting this OP for a while. Otherwise the seller replied quickly and was nice about it. Please be more careful and closely inspect your items before you list them in the future; any damage/discoloration can greatly devalue an item's worth!!!
