This seller was absolutely wonderful to work with! It was a mutual agreement to not proceed with the sale in the end. However through everything, Jenepher was incredibly courteous, understanding, and went above and beyond my expectations as a seller. She did her best to find all our options for shipping rates from NZ ➡️ USA. She was also lovely to chat with in general which made the situation all the more manageable! Even though we didn't continue with the sale, I have to say I was so impressed with how Jenepher treated me as a prospective buyer. I hope to purchase from her in the future if global postage rates return to (or closer to!) pre-pandemic rates. Thank you so much! 💕
