Paid for the items 2 months ago and was told it would be shipped on May 21. It is now July 29th and I still have not received anything from them. I've been trying to contact the seller for an update since the end of June and they have not been reading or even opening my messages.

There was an issue with the invoice (typo in the email) but I was fine with that and paid as soon as I recieved the invoice. It has now been a month since payment and I have sent multiple messages that have not been answered asking about the status of the order or if there is tracking available at all. Unfortunately will have to leave negative feedback due to lack of communication.

Purchased on 09.08.20, invoice paid promptly and seller let me know she'd send it out asap (I have no problem with waiting since she told me she has a tight schedule). Asked her again if she's sent it out - she didn't respond in a week or so and on 30.08.20 let me know she hasn't sent it out (UK to Germany) so I'm getting a refund instead. Maybe she is a good seller, but this has been my experience with her. Unfortunately I have to leave negative feedback.

The dress was really pretty and I love it. It even came with some extras not listed, but I like a lot - a headpiece, bows and a badge, all matching the jsk (although one of the bows was damaged). There was a little fraying on one of the ribbons but nothing major, and overall I'm really happy. It was an extremely reasonable price and fits me perfectly. Thank you!
