Unfortunately, my stockings vanished into thin air after she had shipped them out and failed to tell me that she didn't include tracking (which would have saved me quite some stress). Once I told her what was happening, she did keep in touch with me and gave me a full refund. She was apologetic for not mentioning that there would be no tracking and promised that she would get tracking from here on out. Since my item never arrived, the Item as Described section is at one star.
