Yes, it is the correct blouse. It took about 2 weeks from the day I bought it to get here. Everything is fine, it's a little bit wrinkled. Except for the fact that it REEKS of smoke! This is confirmed by 3 people. I would've given a neutral, but there was one thing that changed it. In their terms of service, it specifically says "smoke free home." Bogus. If you bought it secondhand as well, you should've said something about the smell.
