11/10 seller! I'm very pleased with this seller's communication, promptness, and the overall smoothness of this transaction. My dream necklace arrived safely and looks exactly like the pictures the seller posted. I had some issues with USPS not updating tracking and the mail being slow so I thought the package went missing, the seller was willing to help by calling the post office to see if there was anything to help the missing mail search. I'm a very happy buyer!
