The buyer couldn't pay for the item due to a problem with her PayPal account, so I had to cancel the transaction. The fact that the buyer made no effort to resolve the PayPal problem, and instead just cancelled the money request right away, suggests that she wasn't strongly committed to completing the transaction in the first place.
