This buyer is the worst buyer I’ve ever seen, bad attitude, unreasonable! The dress I sent is the exactly same one as all my pictures shown, but she claimed that the condition is not as expected, ridiculous. I’ve never seen a buyer that would blame the shipping problems to the seller, there is nothing much I can do once the parcel reaches to the destination country. I kindly asked her to check the shipping status and get in contact with the shipping company to arrange a redelivery when the first time was delivered unsuccessfully because there were no one at home, and the parcel requires a signature. But she said she is too busy to do so, so I tried my best to write emails and calls trying to help with the situation when I AM LIVING IN THE UK AND THE DRESS ALREADY REACHED AMERICA. At the end she still complains about everything. Interesting.
