The buyer complained of "fraying". The seller's picture shows this is inaccurate (seller uploaded here: https://ibb.co/7bDfdPq). Regardless, I offered her a full return and refund. She also complained about the other item purchased as being "broken" which outrageously untrue as it merely had some exposed glue on the inside of the bag as photographed in the listing. So I offered her a refund for both. She accepted the offer. She didn't reply for several days and so I reminded her to intiate the refund through PayPay. She then decide to keep them both. They said the price was fair for the condition.
I express that people would be wary of this buyer as I'm unsure of what their intentions were and despite bending over backwards to make the buyer happy and resolve the issues they still left me a negative review claiming there are damages to the items.

Seller claimed damaged goods of the bag being broken. Rather there is some exposed glue on the inside of the bag clearly photographed in the listing. Offered the buyer a full refund and return despite this. The seller wanted to proceed with a return and refund, they wanted me to pay her return postage as well. When I asked her to initiate the return through PayPal the seller decided to keep it suddenly. It was a mess around and not sure what the seller was trying to achieve. Be warned.
