This seller was very patient with helping me troubleshoot how to pay for the blouse I won while my paypal account was malfunctioning over the course of about four days. My messages always got a reasonably prompt response within a day. Once payment was sorted, I received the blouse plus a very pretty extra sage green bow clip - in good condition and safely packaged - within five business days. The blouse was actually in better condition than described. The listing noted a faint stain on the front of the collar, but seeing the blouse in person, the only discoloration that I could find was one dark brown spot the size of a pinhead on the front shoulder of the blouse, hidden under the collar. My only criticism would be that the blouse's tag clearly marked it as a medium, but there was no mention of that in the listing, and the measurements given in the listing said it was between 2 to 5 centimeters smaller in all dimensions than I would estimate the blouse's size to actually be based on how loosely it fit when I tried it on. However, while I have measured myself recently, I have not measured the blouse directly, and any size discrepancy is small enough that I would chalk it up to an expected margin of error when purchasing an item before trying it on for exact fit in person. All in all, as a first time buyer I would just as readily say that any measuring/conversion issue was on me, and I am generally satisfied with my experience. I would purchase from the same seller again in the future.

Item came in as described. A few flaws such as barely visible hot glue on ears and one of the ribbons barely holding on. But I’ve remedied it with a little sewing. Other than that it came in quickly, seller was very kind. And had an overall pleasant experience.
