The seller was wonderful and prompt, however the items sleeve cuff was so small i could barely fit my hand through, so of course its so tight on my arm. I bought an XXL, i am so dissatisfied that the opening is incredible small.

I'm honestly torn about this petticoat. It isn't very much like the picture. I wish I'd gone for a more traditional petti. However- the fabric is soft, the size is perfect, it's the right length, and it's light. The problem is it won't support a very heavy dress. It's almost more like an underskirt. I think it's a good summer weight petti.
That being said- it was so easy to purchase from and work with TuluTulu. I'll likely buy from them again? The arrival time was good, I felt like the price was more than fair, and honestly I needed a summer weight petticoat. I would really recommend the hoop skirt for a-lines and not cupcake dresses.

Misunderstood the listing because there were stock photos used that didn’t match the seller’s photos of the dress, and I didn’t notice the differences like upside down print and design differences until after I paid. I asked to cancel my order and seller refunded with no issues.
