The seller was friendly and understanding throughout our transaction! However, at one point, I stopped hearing from them for over a week, and the item did not ship when I was originally told it was. I had to issue an ultimatum, but after that message they immediately responded and shipped the blouse the next business day. The blouse itself was packed REALLY securely and is in perfect condition! So, all's well that ends well.
