this was my first time buying lolita online and not Brand stores from conventions, so I had no idea what I was doing lol, but as soon as I messaged the seller, she replied back very quickly. she helped me through the buying process step by step with 100% positive communication. she shipped gave me my tracking info very timely and made sure that my package was very secure. since it was coming from Italy and I live in Texas, I thought it would take a month, but it was here in 4 Days! the product looks exactly like the picture, and I would rate this seller a 10/10 :)
