Very good seller! Kind, curteous, and flexible. Seller was patient with unforseen circumstances on my part and willing to do a payment plan that I had not anticipated, but I am glad i was given the opportunity for it. Communicated consistently and politely, giving updates when needed.
Packaged in a mailer, but sealed in waterproof padding. Mailed promptly after I paid amount in full and arrived within 2 buisness days, with tracking. I would gladly do buisness with this seller again and I'm quite pleased with the dress as it was a dream dress.

Very quick messages! The only problem I had was there were some minor damages that weren't reported (not sure if she knew about them) like stretched lace on the back and the damaged ribbon. Its not noticeable so its okay :D She packed the dress in an envelope and it was raining here so it kind of melted...but the dress was wrapped in plastic so it was safe! She also packed my dress with a cute gift! Thank you!
