I'm kinda bummed out by getting a neutral feedback in which they wrote that I didn't mention that the dress feels worn (which is clearly stated in the description). Unfortunaltey there has been absolutely no communication from their side, neither before nor after getting the dress so there was no chance to clear things out.

The sale fell through because the buyer purchased these socks with no intention of paying the sale price. She was expecting to get them for free when purchasing another item of mine, due to the sentence I included in my listing description to let people know the socks are lightweight enough that I can waive the $3 cost of shipping them if they're purchased together with a larger item. The exact wording in my listing was as follows: "I can ship this item for free with a larger clothing item." But the buyer interpreted this to mean the socks would be completely free with another purchase. I sent the buyer a message to explain the misunderstanding and clarify the intent behind that sentence in the listing, but she insisted on standing by her own interpretation and expecting to get the socks for free. I apologized for the confusion and offered to cancel the order, but the buyer never responded to that message and has since gone silent. I acknowledge that the issue may have been partially my fault for not wording the sentence about combined shipping more clearly, but I'm choosing to leave negative feedback because of the buyer's lack of understanding and cooperation in this case.
