NEGATIVE: Coat got stuck at sender's post office for more than a month; seller did nothing to resolve until I sent a message. Coat arrived well past estimated arrival date, and was packaged in an envelope lined with fiberglass insulation. Insulation was leaking out of the package and got all over the coat and my house as I was opening it. It made a huge mess and contaminated the coat so badly I'm afraid to wear it.
