The seller reached out to me via my facebook request on a group page. At first I was intimidated with the seller contacting me directly and being an independent informal shopping service, but the found the item I was looking for in new condition. I was unaware that it would take over a month between being delivered to the seller and then to me; I would have liked knowing that timeline beforehand.
The communication was fine, although there were a couple of times that I had to reach out to the seller for updates versus being contacted directly, but otherwise the seller was pleasant and responsive!
Overall, I appreciated the seller's effort to make sure that I got the item I was looking for and I had no problem with working with them directly.
