The seller ended up messaging me after I had paid the invoice to inform me that they "could not find the dress". I believe that putting something up for auction without physically having it was in very poor taste, however they did refund me so I am leaving netural feedback. I would also note though that they ignored my messages after telling me that the dress had been lost. I was hoping we could work out some sort of agreement where they had more time to find it, but alas.

The listing said the lucky bag would be unopened. It was obviously opened since the sealing sticker and the adhesive were worn out--I've ordered directly from Katie before; they don't send their stuff out like that. I like the items I got but there is no way of telling if it came with more items than the five I received or if it came with different items. If the packaged appeared unopened and in better shape I would feel more confident about my purchase decision.

Great seller! Flandre sent my bag the day I paid for it and was great at replying to my messages! A lot of sellers get my address wrong because it's different from my confirmed address on Paypal (usually resulting in me driving 2 hours to get the package) but Flandre made sure to send it to the correct address. The bag was in perfect condition as described and I couldn't be happier!
