Seller was originally very communicative, but proceeded to ignore later messages. I had bought a dress set listed as "like new" from them, but when I went to follow up after finding that the back lacing was missing the seller ignored my messages. They were marked as seen before the seller deleted my messages, so after waiting weeks for them to message me back I decided to just go ahead and leave feedback.

They hadn't noticed the item was damaged so when it arrived and I told them they quickly made sure to resolve the issue and gave me a partial refund.
