Product: 10/10 - Beautiful; well maintained. Exactly like pictures.
Packaging: 10/10 - The head bow came in a small cardboard box. Inside the bow was in plastic packaging and was wrapped in bubble wrap. (Thank you for the free gift socks that look like a goose, I love them!)
Communication: 10/10 - Very clear, efficient and professional
