She bought the socks listing, where I had put $5 estimated shipping. After I sent her the invoice, she messaged me inquiring about shipping and was insistent that first class should be $3. I had not packaged the item and reminded her that she had already agreed to the purchase. After I offered to refund her if there was excess shipping, she paid the invoice. She was very quick to reply to all messages. When I mailed the item later, I did not have any blank envelopes for first class on hand. Instead of purchasing one, I paid extra to use the priority mailer.
Overall a reliable buyer, but I found it difficult to work with her. I would have preferred if she had problems with the terms in my listing, that she message me before agreeing to purchase the item.
