Item arrived as depicted; the lace is soft, silky, and not scratchy. The bow fabric looks glittery, and the clip feels secure. Delivery took about two weeks (dispatched in a week, then delivery took around a week. Arrived in a box that was decimated during delivery but that’s okay, the barrette remained perfectly intact. There was also an extra hair clip with two hearts put in the order. This was an impulse purchase (I bought it probably minutes after it was listed) but seeing and feeling it in person made me not regret it. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again!
